If you're having physical issues with your pelvis, or circulatory system, this could be due to an imbalanced sacral chakra. The sacral chakra is connected to our creativity + sensuality, is correlated to the colour orange and it governs our lower abdomen, and reproductive systems.
Directions:
For optimal use run a warm bath (not hot), then pour the desired amount of salt into the water. Put on some meditation music, or simply breathe deep and say the affirmation on the package while you focus on this chakra. In your bath, hold your hands to the correlating chakra area, and imagine the chakra colour in this space getting brighter with each breath, while saying the affirmation out loud or in your head. You can close your eyes for optimal effect. Leave the bath relaxed, realigned and reconnected.

Contraindications:

Storage:
Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and other heat sources. Because our salts are natural, discolouration may occur and is normal. Please consider reusing our jars before recycling.
