Dubbed, ROOT SCRUB, this foot scrub is a mixture of all things detoxifying and soothing for your root chakra, and your feet specifically. Everything in this scrub has a purpose: from the organic + fair trade ground coffee, to the cane sugar + Epsom salts, to the activated charcoal + beetroot powder, to the blend of sesame + coconut oil with essential oils: sweet birch, blood orange, cinnamon, and vetiver.
Directions:
Take a small scoop in your hand and rub in a circular motion along your feet and ankles, with a light-to-medium pressure. As you feel your 'scaly' skin slough off, think of the colour red getting brighter with each circular motion. Say the affirmation on the package and feel more rooted to Earth + your root chakra energy.
