Directions for Shower Steamers:
To use the steamer, run a warm shower and allow steam to build (1-2 minutes). Once in the shower, place the steamer puck on the floor of your shower/tub, off to the side + out of direct streamline of the water. As you shower, the water will run off your body and hit the 'puck' + will activate like a bath bomb: fizzing up and releasing the scent. The steam from your shower helps keep the scent contained. Breathe deeply and allow the scent to take over. As you shower, imagine the colour associated at the chakra energy centre getting brighter with each breath and allow yourself to feel lighter. Leave the shower relaxed, realigned, and reconnected.

Directions for Body Scrub:
Take a small scoop in your hand and rub in light circular motion along your body. Feel the softness in your skin + welcome in the energy.
